Astrophotography, since the early 18th century has helped us portray astronomical objects. In this course you would learn some of the important aspects of the same and learn to click your own Milky Way images.
Starting off from the equipment, it is very important to understand what are the required equipment and how to use them.
We will also go through what are the required camera settings to get a perfect shot. While having an excellent image it is important to plan the shoot. Hence we will also learn planning and execution of it and all this collaboratively will take us on the path of astrophotography
Dr. Parshati Patel is an Astrophysicist, Science Communicator and STEM Education Researcher based in London, Ontario, Canada. She has been communicating her passion for space science and technology with students and the public for years in various capacities through outreach initiatives and programs. Since June 2019, Dr. Patel has also been part of the Principal Scientific Adviser’s Consultative Group to the Government of India
