Founder

Shweta Kulkarni

CEO & Founder

Shweta's cosmic curiosity began through the lens of a telescope at age 6, at 16 she began hosting stargazing events in Pune, honing her entreprenuership through IIM Bangalore she founded AstronEra in 2018.

Drew MacGibbon

Technical/Business Advisor

Drew pursued his passion for business, space, and a love for computers from New Zealand to India. His company IncuBrain channels vast CEO/CTO experience to strategically guide companies.

Shreya Kondhalkar

Executive Assistant & Strategist

Shreya leads executive support and organizational strategy at AstronEra, focusing on building scalable systems and management frameworks to enable rapid organizational scaling.

Yana Yakushina

International Policy & Research Adviser

Yana is a lawyer and researcher advancing the legal protection of dark skies and the environmental framework around light pollution. She is pursuing a PhD at Ghent University as part of the Horizon EU PLAN-B project, and advises the European Commission, DarkSky International, UNOOSA, and the IAU on policy.
