AstronEra provides a recurring subscription service granting access to our Astronomy hub. This hub includes the latest news, company profiles, job listings, events, and other content specific to the astronomy and space-tech industry. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of your first purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within this period.

2.2. Subscription Renewals

For subsequent renewal payments, we offer a 5-day refund period from the date of renewal.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
